Still Becoming
A 6-Week Recovery Circle for Women & Non Binary Folks 60+
There comes a moment—sometimes quiet, sometimes unmistakable—
when you realize: You are still here. And you are still becoming.
Recovery at this stage of life carries its own texture.
You may be navigating loss—of people, roles, identity, or certainty. You may feel out of place in recovery spaces that center younger voices. You may be asking questions you didn’t expect to be asking now. And alongside all of that…there is wisdom. There is depth. There is truth earned over time. This circle was created for you.
What This Is
Still Becoming is a small, 6-week coaching circle for women and nonbinary individuals 60 years of age or older who are in or seeking recovery. This is not a lecture. This is not surface-level sharing. This is a facilitated, deeply human space where you can:
-
speak honestly about where you are
-
be met by people who understand this season of life
-
explore what recovery looks like now
Together, we’ll create a space of connection, reflection, and steady support.
Grief Circle
My grief circles are open to women and non-binary individuals who identify with women’s communities and are in or seeking recovery—from all the things that life, loss, and survival have asked of us. Rooted in a trauma-informed and spiritually grounded approach, this space invites participants to bring their whole selves and speak the truth of their grief in community.
Here, we honor sorrow as sacred and recognize that grief takes many forms—loss of loved ones, identities, dreams, safety, time, or even parts of ourselves. Together, we hold space for what hurts, what lingers, and what longs to be seen. In circle, no one has to carry it alone. You are welcome as you are—tender, uncertain, heartbroken, healing. This is a place to remember, release, and reconnect to your spirit and to one another.
