Soul Discovery Group Coaching
Soul Discovery groups allow for the creation of a healing space where truth is spoken, pain is unearthed and participants are given opportunities for real, vulnerable, healing connection. My Soul Discovery groups are open to women and non-binary individuals who identify with women's communities who are in or seeking recovery. These groups are designed to help participants build connection with self, others, and spirit, in order to promote healing. These groups offer great opportunities for clients to practice vulnerability which allows for the most authentic connections to be made. It is in those connections that healing happens.

This group will meet the specific needs of self-identified women and non-binary individuals who identify with womens communities who are in or seeking recovery and are 50 years of age or older. Are you dealing with the loss of a marriage or significant relationship? Are you caring for aging parents? Are you dealing with being an empty nester? Are you struggling with the physical and emotional changes of menopause and simply getting older? We are here for all of that and whatever else this season of life is bringing. This group will gather every Saturday from 5-6:30 p.m. EST for six weeks beginning on
April 27, 2024. Space is limited to a maximum of six participants.
